Making Banh cuon-A Vietnamese Breakfast!

Madame Xuyen took Hoa and me to a woman who makes Banh cuon, it's a famous Vietnamese dish that is traditionally served for breakfast. The woman cooked it for the Thai King several times! I got to try making one and let us just say it is much harder to make than it looks! I did manage to get to dough of the dish off the skillet but that's the most positive thing I can say about my attempt at Banh Cuon, but I did have fun trying to make it!
